After a month of preparation, Esoftflow opens the doors to its new company library in January 2010. The library is part of the company’s commitment to continuously improve the working environment for their staff.
The library has been established as a joined effort between management and staff themselves. The library is stocked with books and magazines in both English and Vietnamese languages. The library is seen as an opportunity to encourage staff in reading and seeking new knowledge for relaxing and future career development. To promote the library, seating areas are arranged with various types of games and reading days will be arranged.
Lots of reading materials are available on the first day of the company library.Additionally, Esoftflow has actively integrated disabled people into the organization and 6 disabled people have been well integrated with high job performance. Esoftflow was awarded a prize from Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry for being an exemplary foreign invested company successfully integrating disabled peoples into the organization in May 2008.
